Terms and Conditions - Beauty & Delight Studio
Please take a moment to review the following policies before booking any facial, lash lift, or body contouring service with Beauty & Delight. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking Policy
All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card or deposit at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Beauty & Delight.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their appointment date, time, and service selection.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 100% service fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with applicable fees.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
3. Payment Policy
All services must be paid in full upon completion of the treatment.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card and e-transfer.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for services already completed.
4. Membership Policy
When you subscribe to our monthly membership, you commit to a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.
Early termination before six months will require payment of the balance for any facials already completed at regular, non-member pricing.
Members are responsible for booking their monthly facial to make full use of their membership benefits.
If you are unable to book a facial within a given month, you have a 30-day grace period to redeem that session before it expires.
Monthly membership fees will continue to be charged automatically on the same date each month, regardless of whether you book a facial.
You are welcome to schedule and enjoy two facials in one month if you missed your previous session.
5. Service Details
Beauty & Delight Studio uses only pharmaceutical and professional-grade skincare products to ensure the best results.
Results vary from client to client and from service to service.
Clients are responsible for following recommended home care routines to achieve optimal results.
All retail skincare products and goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform your provider of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures before your appointment.
Body contouring clients must be 18 years or older and in good general health.
Beauty & Delight reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Results & Aftercare
Individual outcomes vary based on skin type, health, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining and maximizing treatment results.
Beauty & Delight is not responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.
8. Social Media Policy
Beauty & Delight may take photos or short videos during or after your service for marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
These images may be shared on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials to showcase our work.
If you do not wish to be photographed or featured, please provide written notice by email to info@beautyanddelight.com prior to your appointment.
We will always respect your privacy and will never post any identifying or sensitive information without your consent.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
10. Agreement
By booking a service or purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies outlined above. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and the highest level of care for all Beauty & Delight clients.
